Please upload your photo in JPEG file format with a minimum resolution of 720 x 540 pixels (w x h), or maximum file size of 1.5MB. If your card photo sample is based on black and white or sephia tone, the color images will be converted at no additional charge.

The quality of the final product will depend on the quality of your digital photo. Please do not resize your photo before sending, as this may compromise print quality. If you do have any special requests regarding cropping, be sure to provide this information for our designer to follow in the Special Instructions box during checkout or in your email if you upload your photo later. Our designer may also need to crop your photo to make it fit properly.

Processing Time:
Usually takes 5 business days to process before shipping. If you select the optional rush processing service, the processing time is reduced to 2 business days. This does not include shipping transit time.
