for creating your gifts and cards or photos belong to you, the

- You have all legal rights to reproduce the photos or images
that you provide. In providing your photographs or digital
images to Mylittletail, you are granting Mylittletail the
right to create and print photo cards or photographs using
your photos or images for the purpose of fulfilling your
order. Professional images that are provided to you by
professional photographers or made available through websites,
magazines, books or other resources, etc. are protected by
copyright laws and cannot be reproduced without a signed
Copyright Release Form. All professional or copyrighted photos
and images must be accompanied by a signed Copyright Release
Form.
- You agree to accept full legal responsibility for the
reproduction of the images and photos you provide, and to hold
harmless and to indemnify Mylittletail, and its owners,
agents, employees or suppliers, for all liability, damages,
and expenses that may be incurred as a result of processing
and printing copyrighted photographs and reproductions,
including any other person claiming an interest in the
photo.

here are registered and unregistered Trademarks of
Mylittletail. Nothing displayed in our website should be
construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise,
